Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Blooming Health. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our products in the aging, health, and human services space. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating lead generation, conducting product demos, and closing deals with potential clients. Your key call points will include community-based organizations / non-profits and government agencies in the aging, health, and human services.

We need an experienced Account Executive who can come in and hit the ground running. We are looking for a person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is good with constant change as the company experiences explosive growth. If you have been in a start-up and experienced this type of growth, you will be a perfect candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers in the target market. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects. Reach out to leads via phone calls, email, linkedin etc. to introduce our company, our solution, showcase the value proposition, and qualify their interest and needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of each prospect. Showcase the features and benefits of the Blooming Health product suite, addressing specific pain points and business challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their objectives and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with potential clients to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Closing Deals: Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals, using Hubspot.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in aging, healthcare, or government programs
  • Proven track record of success in full cycle software sales (B2B SaaS), with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, make cold calls, conduct product demos, and close deals.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot sequences and the ability to effectively utilize them to streamline and automate sales communication processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to navigate the sales process effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach and as part of a team, with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively and adapt to the changing environment in an early stage startup.
  • Comfortable with travel to customer sites and to work with Blooming Health team members in person as needed
