Our next generation engagement platform seamlessly connects older adults and caregivers with service providers in the $575B aging-in-place market. We are empowering older adults to live in their community independently and help aging-in-place service providers to serve more older adults. Job Description:

Do you dream of building demand from the ground up and fueling a seed-stage agetech revolution?

We're a pioneering agetech company transforming aging in place, and we're seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our charge. You'll be the strategic mastermind behind crafting our building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, and scaling our demand generation efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy: Define target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and more.
  • Lead a growing demand generation team: Hire, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement emerging marketing technologies and trends to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver data-driven results: Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimize strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other teams: Ensure alignment with sales goals, provide lead nurturing support, and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.
  • Shape the brand narrative: Cultivate a powerful brand voice that resonates with target audiences and positions us as thought leaders in the aging space.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing Manager:
    • Develop a content strategy aligned with demand generation goals: Identify website content, topics, themes, and formats that attract and engage target audiences.
    • Provide strategic direction and feedback on content creation: Ensure content aligns with messaging, branding, and lead generation objectives.
    • Leverage content assets in lead generation campaigns: Promote content through email marketing, social media, and paid advertising channels.
    • Measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts: Analyze content performance and its impact on lead generation metrics.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling demand generation programs from scratch.
  • Good understanding of the target audiences (older adults, caregivers, non-profit or government-based aging service providers, etc.).
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for aging innovation and the appetite to understand the industry's nuances.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the aging and healthcare industry
