Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Associate to join our dynamic sales team at Blooming Health. As a Sales Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the top-of-funnel growth and demand generation for our products in the aging, health, and human services space. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, cold calling, conducting product demos, and setting up meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives. Your key call points will include community-based organizations / non-profits and government agencies in the aging, health, and human services. You will be collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Team to source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across the US via outbound efforts.

We need an experienced Sales Growth Associate from B2B SaaS in aging / health space who can come in and hit the ground running. We are looking for a person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is good with constant change as the company experiences explosive growth. If you have been in a start-up and experienced this type of growth, you will be a perfect candidate.

This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers in the target market. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Reach out to leads via phone calls, email, Llinkedin etc. to introduce Blooming Health, our solution, showcase the value proposition, and qualify their interest and needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of each prospect. Showcase the features and benefits of the Blooming Health product suite, addressing specific pain points and business challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their objectives and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals, using Hubspot.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales development experience in aging, digital health, or government programs
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation (B2B SaaS), with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, make cold calls, and set up meetings with qualified leads.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot sequences and the ability to effectively utilize them to streamline and automate sales communication processes.
  • Comfort with travel to customer sites and to work in person with Blooming Health team members for few days per month (subject to change in 2024)
